African health fund. Cape Verde holds the vice-presidency

Lúcio Miranda Fernandes, from Cabo Verde, was elected vice-president of the African Health Fund in Ethiopia, with a two-year term starting in August 2026. Kenya will assume the presidency of the fund during the same period. The election took place in Ethiopia and refers to the leadership of a fund dedicated to health on the African continent.
