Night closures cancelled on IP3 in Tondela, weather conditions postpone works

The planned nighttime closures for the IP3 in Tondela have been cancelled, with Infraestruturas de Portugal informing that adverse weather conditions forced the postponement of the rehabilitation and duplication works on this road that connects Viseu and Coimbra. The works were planned between the junctions of Canas de Santa Maria and São Miguel de Outeiro, on the section between Santa Comba Dão and Viseu, and were to be carried out between 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM until Friday.
A nine-year-old girl suffered serious injuries after falling from the second floor of a building in Caldas da Rainha. The PSP is currently investigating the circumstances of the accident, with no further details yet about what caused the fall.
