SÃO PEDRO DO SUL: Military temporary bridge restores road connection in Dianteiro

The Municipal Chamber of São Pedro do Sul, in collaboration with the Portuguese Army, installed a temporary military bridge in Dianteiro, in the Union of Parishes of Santa Cruz and São Cristóvão de Lafões, thus restoring road traffic between the localities of Sobrosa, Chamiceira and Dianteiro, which had been interrupted due to the severe weather that hit the region.
Infraestruturas de Portugal announced that traffic on the Spanish road at the Monfortinho border, in Idanha-a-Nova, is prohibited for heavy vehicles for 15 days, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

The municipality of Soure awarded a contract of 575 thousand euros for the cleaning and regularization of the Arunca river, after a storm that affected the region. The intervention aims to clear the river bed and prevent future floods.
