Ukraine: "From an institutional standpoint, the US maintains an ambiguous stance"

Analyst Francisco Cordeiro de Araújo, on special assignment for CNN Portugal in Ukraine, commented on the visit of CIA Director John Ratcliffe to Russia, in the context of the conflict between Moscow and Kyiv. The visit was confirmed by Moscow, although the Kremlin denied that Ratcliffe had met with Vladimir Putin. Cordeiro de Araújo noted that, from an institutional standpoint, the United States maintains an ambiguous posture regarding the situation.
