TSE calls on big techs and calls a meeting after AI models went against the Court's resolution and recommended candidates

The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) convened meetings with representatives from X, OpenAI, and Meta after artificial intelligence models were found recommending votes for specific candidates, which violates the Court's resolution on the matter. The meetings took place on Monday and Tuesday, and the platforms stated they are reviewing their technical safeguards and working to fix the identified vulnerabilities. The pressure came after digital law and AI specialists pointed out that, even with the TSE's resolution on the use of AI in elections, some tools were still recommending candidates.
