Fernando Pimenta, Portuguese canoeing athlete, demonstrated absolute dominance by winning his semifinal in the K1 1,000 meters event at the World Championships, showing solid preparation for the competition. The Portuguese athlete, who won the bronze medal in the 2025 edition, expressed ambition to surpass that result and reach a higher place on the podium in this edition of the world championship.
