Portuguese Banking Association warns about fraudulent calls in its name

The Portuguese Banking Association issued an alert to consumers about fraudulent calls made in its name, in which scammers claim the existence of suspicious transfers and request banking information and authentication codes. The association recommends that customers never provide personal data or access codes over the phone and that they contact their bank directly through official channels.
