Maternal family of the girl who saw her mother be killed by her brother in Algés wants "shared custody" with the paternal family in Brazil

The Family and Minors Court of Cascais decides this Wednesday on the future of a four-year-old girl who witnessed the homicide of her mother in Algés, which was committed by her brother, also a minor. The maternal family intends for the child's custody to be shared with the paternal family in Brazil, the father's country of origin.
