The Brazil Section of the Council of Portuguese Communities (CCP) held its annual meeting in Brasília between August 27 and 29, bringing together counselors from Portuguese communities in Brazil to discuss topics such as the consular network, social support, associativism, nationality, electoral participation, and the future of the Luso-Brazilian community. The event, which took place at the Embassy of Portugal and ended with a visit to the Portuguese Association in Brasília, was attended by Ambassador Isabel Brilhante Pedrosa and the President of the Standing Committee, Flávio Martins, who highlighted the CCP's priorities related to the simplification of electoral processes and the granting of nationality to Lusophone descendants.
