A new university in Macau intends to establish partnerships with foreign universities to offer nanotechnology courses. The Chinese university intends to send to NOVA University Lisbon, starting from the next academic year of 2027/2028, master's and doctoral students with joint supervision. Scientist Elvira Fortunato was the one who revealed this intention of international academic collaboration in the field of nanotechnology.
