The prosecution requests nine years in prison for two defendants for an alleged fraud with checks and promissory notes

The Provincial Public Prosecutor's Office of Castellón is requesting a total of nine years in prison for two people accused of participating in an alleged fraud through the fraudulent use of checks and promissory notes. In addition to the prison sentence, the two accused shall also pay compensation of 103,298.62 euros to the harmed company.

The indictment was filed before the Court of First Instance and Investigation number 4 of Nules, which ordered the opening of oral trial proceedings. The process will proceed to the Provincial Court of Castellón, where the trial phase will be held.
