The Constitutional Court gave the green light to the return and asylum law. The diploma was approved by the constitutional judges, opening the way for its promulgation by the President of the Republic.
PSD expresses itself as "optimistic" about the promulgation of the law by the President of the Republic. The social democrats believe the diploma will move forward after the positive endorsement from the Constitutional Court.
PS guarantees it will respect the decision made by the constitutional judges. The socialists thus accept the rejection of the law by the court.
LIVRE and PCP consider that there is still room for a presidential veto. Both political forces understand that the President can still refuse to promulgate the diploma, despite the favorable opinion of the Constitutional Court.
