Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky publicly condemned the Russian attack that caused an explosion at a warehouse near Kyiv. Zelensky classified the situation as "terrible" and "absolutely unacceptable", expressing his outrage at what he considered an indiscriminate attack on the civilian population.
