With Elton John show, Rock in Rio sells out third date: see available days to buy tickets

Rock in Rio has three dates sold out six days before the festival's opening, scheduled for Friday, September 4. Tickets have sold out for September 6, 7, and 12. On the 6th, Calvin Harris is the headliner, while the 12th features Maroon 5 and Demi Lovato.

September 7, which falls on a Monday, has all tickets sold. On that day, Elton John is the main act on the Mundo Stage. In addition to the British star, Gilberto Gil, Jon Batiste, and Luísa Sonza will take the same stage alongside Roberto Menescal.

On opening day, September 4, the Mundo Stage will host Foo Fighters, Rise Against, The Hives, and Nova Twins. The Sunset Stage will feature Capital Inicial with guest Dado Villa-Lobos, Hot Milk, Detonautas with guests Biquini and Di Ferrero, among other artists.

On Saturday, September 5, tickets are still available. The Mundo Stage will feature Avenged Sevenfold and Bring Me the Horizon, as well as Machine Gun Kelly.
