The "Sunsets on the Sado" cycle ended this Friday with a special journey aboard the galleon Pinto Luísa, which featured Cante Alentejano. The event provided a differentiated experience for participants, combining the landscape of the Sado river with the traditional voices of Cante Alentejano.
The initiative had a full house, demonstrating the public's interest in this cultural proposal that brought traditional music to a unique riverside setting. Participants were able to experience the river in a different way, enjoying the sunset while appreciating the performances.
Cante Alentejano, recognized as intangible cultural heritage of humanity by UNESCO, has been increasingly integrated into diverse cultural initiatives, allowing its appreciation in innovative contexts such as this boat tour along the Sado.
