FC Porto expressed interest in Javi Guerra, a midfielder from Valencia, and made a proposal exceeding 30 million euros for the player.
Valencia, the club that held the player's sporting rights, received the proposal from the Portuguese side and evaluated the possibility of a deal.
However, Javi Guerra decided not to accept the transfer and chose to remain at Valencia, continuing to play at the Mestalla Stadium.
The deal did not go through and the Spanish midfielder remained with the Valencian team, thus rejecting FC Porto's approach.
