Daniel Vadnal, an Australian physiotherapist and owner of FitnessFAQs, an audiovisual company that publishes instructional videos on Instagram and YouTube, argues that hanging from a bar is one of the activities worth returning to in adult life.

He notes that children in playgrounds do not need to be instructed to hang — they do it intuitively. This natural ability, according to Vadnal, should be maintained throughout life.

In a video, Vadnal showed how he had his 93-year-old grandmother try supported hanging, which involves gripping the bar above the head with arms extended, but with feet on the floor.

Despite initial fear, just 30 seconds were enough for the elderly woman to start feeling the benefits, reporting that she felt "more..."
