Social Security Agencies (APS) are holding a large attendance mutirão on the 29th and 30th of this month, with 25,000 voucher slots available in different regions across the country, with 1,273 alone in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The main objective of the action is to reduce the waiting queue for social assessments and medical examinations.
According to the institute, medical examinations will be offered in 17 states, while social assessments will take place in 19 federal units. To participate, interested parties must schedule an appointment in advance through the Meu INSS website or app, or by calling the 135 hotline.
In the Southeast region, 5,628 voucher slots will be available for social assessment, distributed among Rio de Janeiro (340 voucher slots in Bangu, Méier, and Volta Redonda), São Paulo (437 voucher slots at APS Glicério and São José do Rio Preto), and Minas Gerais (372 voucher slots in Governador Valadares, Nanuque, Janaúba, and Contagem).
In the Central-West region, the Federal District offers 72 voucher slots at APS Asa Sul, and Mato Grosso do Sul has 30 voucher slots available in Corumbá and Coxim. The complete distribution of voucher slots in other regions of the country was not detailed in the article.
