The European Central Bank revealed that Artificial Intelligence is already used by more than half of the workers in Eurozone companies, representing a doubling of its use in the region. This significant growth marks a substantial shift in how European companies adopt new technologies.
However, the ECB warned that the impact of AI on productivity remains uneven among workers and companies. This disparity suggests that not all sectors or professionals are benefiting equally from the technological advances provided by Artificial Intelligence.
The adoption of the technology continues to be constrained by various factors, which limits its uniform expansion. These limitations prevent AI's potential from materializing consistently across the Eurozone, thus creating a heterogeneous technological landscape among member countries.
