A man hugged his mother again, eighty years later, thanks to a set of statues inaugurated in El Vendrell, in the Spanish province of Tarragona. The statues depicted the elderly man as a child, alongside his mother.
The project allowed the man to finally physically reunite with his mother, through this artistic representation that recreated the childhood moment between the two.
The sculptor responsible for the work managed to capture the essence of the mother-son relationship, creating an artistic legacy that celebrates the family bond over time.
This symbolic reunion through the statues represents not only a personal reunion, but also a testament to maternal love that persists over decades.
