German deputy wants climate support for Mozambique

German deputy Johannes Wagner visited Manhiça, in Mozambique, and promised to bring to his colleagues in the Bundestag a call for greater climate support for the country. During the visit, the grave humanitarian challenges that Mozambique faces were highlighted, with 1.71 million Mozambicans needing urgent humanitarian assistance in 2026.
