INSS workers vote in favor of strike status, a preliminary stage before a total work stoppage

INSS servers voted unanimously for a strike state, a stage prior to a total stoppage, during the National Assembly of the category held last Tuesday. The decision was made in protest against what Sinssp-BR classifies as "careless conduct" regarding the new decree of attributions for analysts and technicians of Social Security, in addition to the non-compliance with the strike agreements of 2022 and 2024. The union also points out concerns with changes in entry requirements, career framework and strategic and finalistic activities of public administration. In a note, Sinssp stated that all avenues of dialogue have been exhausted.
