Trump renames Lake Ontario as "Lake America"

U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order to rename Lake Ontario as "Lake America" in the United States, intensifying his dispute with Canada. Trump also suggested he could rename the Atlantic and/or Pacific Ocean, continuing to disparage Canada and arguing that it should become a U.S. state.
