European Union: customs tariff causes small orders from China to fall 30% to 40%

The European Union has implemented since July 1st a customs duty of 3 euros on small packages valued at less than 150 euros, which has already resulted in a significant drop of 30% to 40% in imports, mainly from China. The measure aims to combat unfair competition and protect European industry.
