Montenegro announces 100% collection of biometric data of foreign passengers starting from September

Montenegro will implement from September the full collection of biometric data from foreign passengers, according to the country's prime minister, who acknowledged that this measure will imply "additional pressure" on the work of the competent authorities. The decision aims to strengthen border controls and the internal security of the Balkan country.
