Andalusia breaks away from the blocking position of PP and Vox governments and votes in favor of the distribution of 25 million to Ceuta for immigrant minors

The Government of Andalusia stood out as the only executive formed by agreements between PP and Vox that participated in the two meetings organized by the Ministry of Children with autonomous communities to address the situation of minors who arrived in Ceuta during its largest migration crisis. On Thursday, it voted in favor of the first measure proposed by the central Executive: a transfer of 25 million euros to the autonomous city of Ceuta to increase its capacity to care for the minors who overloaded all its resources. This agreement, however, does not imply any transfer to the peninsula, a phase of the process that, according to current legislation, is mandatory for autonomous communities, but which, for now, has not been activated.
