The released images show several people being rescued completely covered in mud, resulting from the devastating force of the waters that swept through the region, evidencing the severity of the situation and the ongoing work of the Nepalese authorities to save victims.
A nine-year-old child was seriously injured after falling from the second floor of a building. As soon as the mother realized the accident, she called emergency number 112. The girl was treated at the scene by an INEM medical team and later transported with serious injuries to the Hospital das Caldas da Rainha.
