IHRU guarantees 31 thousand homes by the end of August

The Instituto da Habitação e da Reabilitação Urbana (IHRU) guarantees that the planned 31 thousand houses will be achieved by the end of August, thus meeting the target of the Recovery and Resilience Plan. However, not all the dwellings will actually be handed over to families or with the work fully completed.
