Piano is the new Italian restaurant from Clan Group, opened on Rua Dias Ferreira, in Leblon, Rio de Janeiro. The name, which means "slowly" in Italian, makes reference to a piano keyboard sculpture on the wall of the dining room, found at the antique shop of one of the partners' grandmother. The decor includes a Sputnik lamp from the 1960s and details such as a Topo Gigio and a wooden Pinocchio. The restaurant is run by a trio of experienced young people who are alumni of Clan BBQ: Newton Rique in the kitchen, Pepo Figueiredo and Janine Sad, who form a well-harmonized partnership.
