After losing more than 120kg, Thais Carla opens up: 'What kills fat people the most is prejudice'

Thais Carla, influencer, dancer and actress, revealed she lost more than 120kg in her body transformation and spoke openly about the challenges faced and the prejudice suffered for being an overweight person. In the first edition of the special series "Beyond the Weight," hosted by her on the "Hoje em Dia" program, she talked with host Celso Zucatelli about her journey. Thais recalled that the pressure regarding her body began in childhood and, during her teenage years, she had to deal with questions about her ability to dance. Despite the doubts, she persisted in her artistic career and built a trajectory marked by representativeness, stating that "what kills an overweight person the most is prejudice."
