Seven months after the passage of Storm Kristin, farmers from the Tagus valley warn that the region remains "very fragile," with damages still unrepaired and a lack of coordination between entities. The president of the Ribatejo Farmers Association, Luís Seabra, considered that "on the ground" there is still a lot of work to be done and that the absence of a coordinated response leaves producers vulnerable to new extreme weather events.
