Heads of State and Government of the African Union met in Luanda for the XXI Extraordinary Conference on strengthening the Mechanisms for Conflict Prevention and Resolution in Africa, with the aim of making statutory bodies more efficient and increasing the capacity to anticipate conflicts on the continent. The ambassador of Angola to Ethiopia, Miguel Bembe, presented the objectives of this two-day summit.

There are 21 schools that have been getting very high grades for eight consecutive years
