Man who raped three-year-old child is arrested in São Gonçalo

A man who raped a three-year-old child during a gathering in 2013 was arrested this Tuesday (25th) in Alcântara, São Gonçalo, in the metropolitan region of Rio. According to the Civil Police, he was a fugitive from justice for rape of a vulnerable person and was located through intelligence work developed by the 74th Police Station (Alcântara), which executed the outstanding arrest warrant against the suspect.
